• Analysis of variants of managerial decisions on the basis of information received from rendered managerial reports, including variant calculation with the use of PC and developed software;
• Method of development and analysis of business projects, including method of projects budgeting with the use of Western standards of investment projecting;
• Mastering an experience of drawing up budgets of different levels and types, analysing deviations appearing, effective expenses managing;
• Methodical assistance in drawing up company standards of managerial accounting - documents regulating effective system of managing accounting implementation, creation of organisational structure, motivation system of the staff, budget keeping, applying software and computer techniques for indicated purposes; One-time consulting concerning other matters of managerial accounting.
