The St. Petersburg Foundation for SME Development is a not-for-profit, non-governmental business support institution and independent professional business consultancy established in 1995 with the assistance from the EU Tacis Program and the Government of St.Petersburg.

Our mission is to provide high quality and demanded consulting, training and information services to small and medium-sized enterprises that will ensure prosperity and economical growth of the North-West Federal district of Russian Federation.

We are a team of highly educated and qualified professionals. All our employees have degree in economics and/or law with different specialisation. Number of our employees has an International MBA degree. We fluently speak at least English language. Some of our employees can also speak German, French and Italian.
